Well, it’s an exciting week for us! Our first livestock have arrived. We spontaneously decided to throw out all our plans for goats, cattle, sheep, and chickens. Instead, we decided to do — zebras!
Why zebras, you might ask? Well, I say — why not? They’re cute. They’re striped. They look kind of like a pony, only more exotic. And they just pop on this Ozarks springtime green!

It’s been a crazy week finishing up several projects and planning for some new ones. We have a couple more builds to complete, and then we will be ready to live full time in our tent. The spring weather has been glorious — good for the body and the soul. It feels so good to be so close to the end!
